Biography
Nakia Allen, M.D., is a clinical associate professor of Pediatrics at Wayne State University. She is a co-director of the longitudinal Population, Patient, Physician and Professionalism Course, a second-year student continuity clinic preceptor and a third-year student pediatric clerkship preceptor. She has designed the P4 curriculum to integrate the impact of social determinants on population health by using project-based assignments and student-facilitator reflection.
